Bishop Telemark | Ride More. Work Less.™
We’re looking for a hands-on, all-around badass to join Bishop Telemark in a key support role that helps keep our small-but-mighty ski company running smoothly. From shipping gear to assembling bindings, you'll get your hands on almost every part of the business—and skis.
This is an awesome opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a close-knit crew, contribute meaningfully, and still have time to chase powder days and summer trails.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service/Sales:
- Email and limited phone support.
- Support: Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints, determining causes, explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and ensuring resolution.
Fulfillment & Shipping
- Pick, pack, label, and ship customer and dealer orders
- Mount our legendary Telemark bindings on skis
- Work with our Shopify and Ops team to solve order hiccups fast
Assembly & Manufacturing
- Help assemble bindings with precision and care
- Assist with warranty and return repairs
- Rebuild, test, and document product fixes
Inventory & Admin Support
- Keep our backshop organized
- Perform physical inventory counts
- Input weekly sales orders from Shopify into QuickBooks
What You Get
Hourly wage: $24-28/hour (DOE)
Powder Hours – Yup, you read that right. If Vail or Beaver Creek gets 6+ inches overnight, you don’t start work ‘til noon. Go ski.
Seasonal flexibility: 20 –40 hours/week (Daytime hours), heavier in winter (Sept–Mar), lighter in summer (May–Aug). Take extended breaks during the off-season. This could turn into a full time position as the company grows.
Will be eligible to work your own hours(within reason), minimum 3-4 days per week
Who You Are
- You like talking about telemark gear with customers
- You like working with your hands and your brain
- You're organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- You don’t mind wearing a bunch of hats in a small team
- You know the difference between NTN and 75mm (or want to learn)
