Youth Advocacy Manager (Avon, CO)

Position Summary: Under the direction of Bright Future Foundations Clinical Director, the Youth Advocacy Manager supports the mission of the organization by providing violence prevention programming at an individual, school and community level. The Youth Advocacy Manager coordinates and oversees the implementation of the Buddy Mentors and Empowerment Programs and prioritizes the use of evidence-based prevention models and assessment measures for all prevention efforts. The Youth Advocacy Manager meets regularly with the Clinical Director to discuss programming and community partnerships. The Youth Advocacy Manager attends regular staff meetings, compose program updates, institute assessment and quality assurance measures, and provide general office support duties as needed. The Youth Advocacy Manager also provides emergency, on-call coverage for the 24-7 crisis hotline on a rotating basis. Job duties may also entail periodic updates to the curriculum and/or curriculum development. Job description is subject to additional responsibilities as assigned.
