If you have marketing skills and want to be in the winter sports industry, this is a unique opportunity to join an established brand in a flexible role. Must be a skier and live locally. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications to add to our team:
-Thorough knowledge of the winter sports industry and connections to key industry players
-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
-Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to build and maintain strong relationships
-Ability to create content and copy in alignment brand identity and goals
-Critical thought process to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
-Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively both in-person and remotely
-Sense of humor and ability to work in a wide range of environments and situations
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting in refining brand positioning and strategy
-Analysis of the market and brand audience
-Crafting consistently engaging social media campaigns, both organic and paid
-Email marketing
-Strategic partnerships
-Collaboration with our Creative Team
-Weekly meetings and updates on initiatives and results
-Skiing
This position requires a minimum of 1-2 days per week at our Avon location, and is flexible for the right candidate. This is a part time position, but has the possibility for advancement.
