Live Where You Work, Work Where You Love — Property Managers Wanted
for Premier Outdoor Sporting Community
Imagine waking up each day to two miles of private river, seven peaceful ponds, and
panoramic mountain views. Sportsmen’s Paradise, a private gated fishing and outdoor
recreation community near Lake George, Colorado, is seeking a skilled and personable
Property Manager to oversee and care for our exceptional property — and the people who love
it.
This isn’t just a maintenance job — it’s a unique opportunity to become part of a tight-knit,
outdoor-loving community, where your work directly supports the enjoyment and lifestyle of our
resident members and guests.
About the Role
As our Property Manager, you’ll wear many hats. One day you might be operating a tractor to fix
a road: the next, helping with a community fishing event. You’ll be responsible for the care and
upkeep of our shared property, including:
Roads, meadows, pavilion and maintenance shop.
Seven private ponds and two miles of the South Platte River
Heavy machinery and tools
Maintaining security and controlled access to the property
But just as importantly, you’ll be a trusted presence and point of contact for residents. That
means:
Clear and friendly communication
Timely responses to requests and concerns
Coordinating vendors and contractors when needed
Helping foster a welcoming, respectful community environment
Our mission is:
"To foster and promote the ultimate in a family-oriented fishing paradise."
You’ll play a central role in bringing that mission to life, every day.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with property management, heavy equipment, and general repairs
Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional, can-do attitude
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
Comfortable living in a remote mountain setting and adapting to seasonal changes
What We Offer
Competitive salary
Free onsite housing and utilities
Paid time off
Flexible schedule with seasonal variety
A unique opportunity to live and work in one of Colorado’s most scenic locations
If you’re equally comfortable operating a backhoe and chatting with community members over
morning coffee, this role might be your perfect fit.
There will be an open part-time administrative/member services position for which a spouse or
significant other may be considered.
Please send both of your resumes through CL mail relay
