We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Manager and Irrigation Assistant that is ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into day-to-day maintenance and irrigation tasks and take ownership of growing our landscape division. Previous experience in landscaping is required.
Responsibilities:
-Perform landscape maintenance and irrigation tasks
-Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
-Lead and Motivate a team of maintenance personnel while fostering a positive work environment.
-Take initiative in expanding and growing the landscape maintenance and irrigation divisions.
-Conduct estimates for projects (training provided if necessary) and maintain detailed paperwork for billing
-Perform minor repairs and adjustments on irrigation systems
