Apex Property Care is an exciting property management company that is growing to become the #1 service company in Steamboat Springs.
$18/hr. Must have reliable transportation. Supplies provided. Ability to work evenings is a plus. Housing options may be available.
Key Features of your Day:
Clean bathrooms, including tubs, showers, commodes, floors and mirrors. Clean kitchen, including stoves, ovens, counters, cabinets, and refrigerators. Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, remove trash, and replace linens.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds. Work well in a team setting. Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine with ability to stand for long lengths of time. Previous paid experience in hotel and/or house cleaning required. Organized and punctual. Ability to use a smartphone.
Best Candidates will have:
1+ year of experience. Knowledge of general housekeeping and proper use and storage of chemicals. Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. High level of attention to detail. Positive Attitude. Team Player. Committed to personal and professional growth Desire to help others. Above all else, you must be ready to work hard and have fun!
