We are now hiring for a full-time snow removal and landscape /maintenance technician for commercial properties in Summit County Colorado. Many opportunities for overtime work and 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment. Wages start at $22.00 per hour (based on experience can be higher) with opportunities for growth and advancement. Wintertime duties to include:
Plowing of snow.
Daily trash pickup/janitorial on commercial properties.
General exterior building maintenance.
Summertime duties to include:
Daily trash pickup/janitorial on commercial properties.
Landscape maintenance and upkeep.
Mowing.
Landscape projects/construction.
Flower and shrub planting.
Irrigation repair and maintenance.
General exterior building maintenance.
