Part time home care

I am a 53 year old man who needs part time help 4 hrs per day in the mornings mostly 4 or 5 days per week. my insurance is paying for this so there is some paperwork to submit and background check I think. I have never needed assistance like this before so this is new to me. Can work around other employment schedule if needed. Job include, running errands to store, pharmacy, Dr. appts. and be supportive in doing outdoor activities, Rec Center, biking, getting on the mt. mostly with my dog Sweetie. must be polite, kind hearted, and love dogs. No experience necessary but would be helpful. I have a nervous condition that mostly effects me in the mornings that I take medication for but still struggle with as well as severe back pain and some mobility issues but I still try to snowboard and bike the best I can.
