Available Positions:
- Servers: Experienced servers with a strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Hosts/Hostesses: Friendly and organized individuals who excel at warmly welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional guest service.
- Food Runners: Diligent and detail-oriented individuals responsible for delivering dishes to guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of presentation.
- Server Assistants: Supportive team members who assist servers by refilling water glasses, clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining an organized service station.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting (specific to the position applied for) is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, menu items, and beverage offerings.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests professionally and courteously.
- Attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation management systems (for hosts/hostesses) or POS systems (for servers).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
