This is a host / hostess position with more experience.
We are looking for someone to run our dining room 2 nights a week, and if desired, cover other maître d' shifts in our other concepts too. This job can be between 2 and 6 nights depending on what you are looking for.
We need help not just seating, but controlling the flow for the kitchen, checking in on customers, and soliciting reviews.
