The Timberline is a newly renovated motel in Leadville, CO. We are seeking an additional summer staff member to support our housekeeping team. The position is 5 days a week (actual days will vary week to week), 9:30 - 3:30, and includes one on-call night a week to respond to guest needs, if any. These are usually minimal things like extra room supplies or assistance with the TV.
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
Top-to-bottom room cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, small kitchens, and bed making.
Notify the team if a room has excessive mess or damaged items
Replenish consumable items where necessary
Laundry support
Able to lift 50lbs
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Efficient, able to adhere to quick turnaround times without sacrificing quality
The position required limited interaction with guests, but candidates should be able to be kind, helpful, and professional with all guests on the property.

Compensation is $14.42 per hour with onsite housing available. All housing costs (utilities, TV, internet) are included (value estimated at $900 per month).
The housing provided is close to the motel, just behind it. It is a three-bedroom house that comes fully furnished with beds, linens, dining furniture, TV, couches, dishes, pots, and pans. The kitchen has nearly new appliances, such as an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Each team member is allotted their own room with a TV and mini refrigerator, while the kitchen and bathroom are shared among the entire team. The house offers stunning views of the Sawatch Range from the kitchen, living area, and back deck. Additionally, both the motel and house are conveniently located near Harrison Ave, the main street of downtown Leadville.
We understand that finding suitable housing for family members and pets can be challenging. However, please note that our housing is reserved exclusively for team members. We do not allow couples, children, or pets in the shared housing.
