La Bottega Restaurant in Vail, CO. is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for P.M shifts. This is a fast paced well established restaurant. We are looking for individuals who have the desire to learn and grow within the company. Some knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Prepare station daily
- Ability to work in a high volume work environment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Being a team player
- Has a passion for cooking
- Consistency in preparation and execution of all items including dressings, sauces, portion control
- Good communication skills with customers and other employees
- Must be able to work quickly, efficiently and be able to respond to various demands that may arise.
