About this Job
Cook needed for our back-country Cookhouse Yurt and prep. We offer a five course, fine dining experience every night in the winter as well as Thursdays-Sundays in the summer. We also offer lunch on Saturdays and Sundays during the Winter Season. In addition to the former, this position includes prep and cooking for weddings and events held at the Nordic Center and the Cookhouse. We are closed from April 15th - June 28th and October 1st - Thanksgiving with the exception of a few "off season" events. We expect the applicant to be efficient in the following skills: time management, organization, culinary knowledge, attention to detail, cleanliness, multitasking in a fast paced environment, working with a team and motivation. We are willing to train the right individual with proper motivation.
