Join our Charter Steakhouse team at The Charter at Beaver Creek, managed by East West Hospitality, named Best Property Management by Best of Vail Valley! The Charter Steakhouse is an elevated mountain casual steakhouse located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. It celebrates the mountain environment and lifestyle with dishes and ingredients that are locally sourced and showcase the best of the region.
We are looking for professional and experienced Bartenders for the season. If you are have demonstrated ability to prepare cocktails of quality and with efficiency, are highly organized and have a positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
Prepare alcoholic & non-alcohol beverages with accuracy and speed
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Knowledge of wine, liquor & beer offerings
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Memorize signature cocktail recipes and prepare with consistent and accurate methods
Take & serve bar tables
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Supply end of week order sheet to General manager
Work banquet bartending events if needed
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Opportunity to pick-up extra banquet work in our rapidly expanding events department
Location: Charter Steakhouse - The Charter - Beaver Creek, CO
Start Date: November 2023
Employment Status: Full Time & Part Time, Seasonal positions available
Pay Rate: $13.65 / hour + tips
Schedule: 2, 3 or 4pm - 10pm
Minimum Requirements
Proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing serving drinks & wine
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Strong POS system abilities
