Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all menu items, including wine pairings and cocktail ingredients.
Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience for all patrons.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in the creation and innovation of new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment. Minimum 2 years experience.
Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
