Reservations & Wholesale Relationship Supervisor:
Handle all aspects of the Reservations Process. Supervise & lead in making and checking reservations, and training procedures. This includes working closely with the Front Office Manager and the continued supervision of all Front Desk staff on proper reservation handling & accuracy.
Manage all wholesale relationships to ensure maximum exposure, rate parity, and property representation i.e. written description, photos, policies etc.
Offer general support to the Director of Sales & Marketing as well as provide back up support for Front Office Manager and Group Sales when needed.
Candidate must have prior hotel experience preferably in both front desk operations and reservations. Knowledge of the Vail Valley is helpful.
The role is a full-time, hourly position and may require either Monday - Friday (8-5) or Tuesday - Saturday (8-5) depending on needs. Must be able to work either schedule and overtime if ever necessary.
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products a must. PMS is Visual One, Agilysys.
