Local Property Management company looking for someone to locally manage their properties.
25-30 hours a week (40+ depending on season)
$25/hr
MUST HAVE:
Must be dependable, we are not looking for seasonal help at this time.
Speak Fluent English, Bi-lingual a plus
Working phone with capability to take/send pictures
Reliable 4x4 Transportation
Access to Computer
Basic handyman skills
Physically able to use light machinery (snow plow, ladders, shovels, etc)
Good communication skills
Adapt easily to changing situations in your work environment
Work well with other subcontractors (roof, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, etc)
