Falcon Point Resort is a 58-unit Vacation Ownership property situated on the banks of Nottingham Lake in Avon, CO. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy have excellent verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette, prior front desk or guest service experience, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
Ideal candidate will have a great attitude, professional demeanor and customer service skills
Knowledge of RDP reservation software, and strong computer skills
Check guests in and out of residences, handling guest’s requests
Responding to guest maintenance and housekeeping needs
Act as concierge
Must have authorization to work in the United States year-round
Location: Falcon Point - Avon, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $20 / hour
Schedule: Flexible, full-time, days, nights, and weekends.
Minimum Requirements
Customer Service skills
Front desk experience preferred
English fluency required; Spanish preferred.
