We will train you and escalate pay quickly as your capabilities grow. The primary responsibility for the Service Writer is to facilitate the customer journey at Aspen Total Automotive. Ideally, customers walk away having a professional and positive experience. To that effect, we expect that all customers will be treated with kindness and respect; and in turn we expect that from our customers. Not all repairs will go perfectly, and oftentimes we are the bearers of the bad news which our customer doesn't want to hear. It is on us to rise above and continuously deliver a high quality, professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the daily operations of the automotive service department
- Oversee and coordinate the work of automotive technicians- Work with Technicians to ensure accurate parts are ordered.
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule appointments and manage the workflow in the service department
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and inventory
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
Requirements:
- Some knowledge and experience in automotive repair and maintenance is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills

Pay: $60k annually and up depending on experience.
Hours - 8:30-5 Mon- Friday
Paid holidays- 8
