We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. This role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Administrator and at least 3+ years of experience with MS SQL and PostgreSQL to maintain a reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant database infrastructure for our growing customer base.  Key Responsibilities: Database Administration & Support: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot RHEL/OEL OS supporting Oracle databases in physical and virtualized environments. Provide DBA services to application development, professional services, and support teams, including database design, query validation/execution, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot database alerts, logs, jobs, disk groups, tablespaces, and resolve performance-related issues. Automate database tasks and develop scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.  Infrastructure & Security: Lead the design and implementation of database infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements. Manage the implementation of technical controls to enforce security policies. Ensure compliance with SOC2/ISO27001 audits and adhere to all audited controls.  Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR): Design, implement, and maintain DR methodologies, ensuring documentation is up to date. Periodically validate Oracle 19c backup/recovery operations using RMAN. Assume responsibility for documenting and maintaining disaster recovery plans for each supported system.  Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Research, evaluate, design, test, and recommend new database software versions and related tools. Act as a mentor for junior DBAs and provide technical guidance. Assist development teams in improving database design and PL/SQL best practices.   On-Call & Availability: Provide 24/7 on-call rotational support, including occasional weekend coverage. Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog, Solarwinds, site24/7 or OEM.
