Experienced with CCC Estimating Software
Inspect vehicles for damages and evaluate using verbal inspection, mechanical testing devices, road test and information provided by the customer
Evaluate necessity and cost of repairs
Collect Insurance estimates after reviewing damage
Meet with Customers to discuss damages, repair process, timeline and cost
Create accurate estimates that detail repair and labor cost
Place work orders detailing part replacements and repairs and enter into work management system
Maintain communication with customer and be available to answer questions throughout the repair process
Keep record of repair details and complete necessary paperwork
Effectively manage multiple repairs simultaneously
Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair is up to standard
Complete final paperwork and payment with the customer
Provide exceptional customer service at all times and create ongoing relationships with customers
Work with management and techs to promptly complete any supplements needed and forward them to the proper insurance company or customer
Pay based on experience. Up to $50,000 per year for experienced estimator
