We are looking for an industrial seamstress to sew canvas awnings, shade sails, and solar shades.
The job is on an as-needed basis, so we can be somewhat flexible with the hours. (within our normal business hours of M-F 8-5. We CANNOT guarantee a certain number of hours per week. It completely depends on what jobs we have coming in. As such, we can discuss either an hourly rate or piecework rate.
We can help you learn our machines and show you how we want things made, but you must already have excellent sewing skills and a good knowledge of how sewing machines work. We cannot train you from the ground up.
You must be able to read a tape measure, and you must be proficient with basic math.
