We are interested in hiring a Groundskeeper who will be able to provide landscaping and general maintenance services to the exterior of our community.
Daily Tasks
Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of all grounds and common areas of community in a clean and attractive condition.
Perform daily trash collection, exterior light checks, landscape maintenance, custodial work, snow removal and AM/PM lock-up of amenities as needed.
Perform necessary repairs and assist maintenance with make readies and apartment turns.
Participate in and ensure punctual response to on-call emergencies on behalf of all maintenance employees for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
Requirements
High school diploma/GED required
Must be a reliable worker who is able to perform routine tasks without supervision
Strong attention to detail required
Must be able to pass a background check
