I own roughly 40 apartments in Pueblo, CO. Looking for someone with a wide range of experience in basic maintenance. These items include basic plumbing skills, painting, drywall, landscaping, etc. Also, basic computer skills are a plus so for communication purposes. Roughly 20-30 hours per week.
