Job Description:
Looking for a reliable and friendly Self-Serve Car Wash Attendant to join our team a Big Jim' Wash in Pueblo! This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with customers, and keeping things clean and organized. You’ll help ensure our self-serve car wash runs smoothly, providing a great experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide basic instructions for using self-serve wash bays.
Perform light maintenance, such as cleaning wash bays, emptying trash, and restocking supplies (soap, towels, etc.).
Monitor equipment (e.g., pressure washers, vacuums) and report any issues to management.
Keep the facility clean and tidy, including sweeping, hosing down bays, and removing debris.
Handle cash and card transactions for coin machines or vending products, if needed.
Assist with minor troubleshooting (e.g., jammed coin slots, clogged nozzles).
Requirements:
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, rain).
Basic handyman skills a plus (e.g., using tools for minor repairs).
Comfortable standing, walking, and performing light physical tasks for most of the shift.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
No prior car wash experience required; we’ll train the right candidate!
Schedule:
20 hours per week, flexible shifts (e.g., 4–5 hours/day, 4–5 days/week).
Typical hours: Weekdays and weekends, between 8 AM–6 PM (exact schedule TBD).
Must be available for some weekend shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $18-$20/hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit or check.
