What You’ll Be Doing As a Line Cook or Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional BBQ experience our customers have come to love. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking a variety of Southern-style BBQ dishes with precision and care. - Assisting in maintaining kitchen organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards. - Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. - Contributing to the preparation of catering orders for special events. - Bringing creativity and passion to the kitchen while maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates who have: - At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting. - A passion for Southern-style cooking and BBQ. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills. - A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
