Description:
We are currently seeking a Superintendent with 3+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects
Over 90% of business is repeat customers so very stable backlog
Candidates must be willing to travel for work across the front range and out of state for small projects (up to 25% of the time)
Projects include restaurants, fuel & convenience, banks, and various commercial projects
This company is a national account contractor - they are licensed in 17 states, but most of their work is in the mountain-west (Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico) and Texas
Based in Colorado Springs, CO

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects
Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
Have a track record of on-time delivery of projects, specifically on 3 to 6-month ground-up or major remodel projects
Have an in-depth knowledge of interpreting plans and have confidence in helping assist clients/architects with solutions
Ability to lead and organize all trades - including owner vendors and subcontractors
Candidates must be willing to work with tools and pitch in to help the field team when necessary
