Prepared to provide the full scope of WOC(ET) nursing practice which also includes other components such as, education, counseling, research, and administration.The value you’ll bring to the team:
Assesses and identifies condition of patient needs by direct observation, examination, patient and/or responsible person(s) interviews and their medical records.
Manages WOC(ET) nursing office operations and program development as well as outpatient services for all patients within the WOC(ET) nurse practice.
Plans patient care to reflect goals that are realistic, measurable, and consistent with medical plan of care, including discharge planning.
Implements nursing and medical plan of care through the delivery of safe and therapeutically effective interventions.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State
BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Certified Wound Care Nurse
Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse
