Providing a serene atmosphere for guests and team members alike, this role has oversight of the entire Spa operation and partners with the Director to create unique and dynamic experiences for our guests.Recruiting, onboarding, and training of the teamKnowledge of all aspects of the treatments and the ability to recommend and suggestive sellingProcess spa reservations, billing and meet and greet all guests as they arrive and depart from their treatmentsSupport all aspects of retail guest assistance, product display, product inventory, suggestive selling, inventory, and merchandisingCoordinate classes in the studio of the fitness centerSet and maintain standards in the areas including uniforms, grooming, music, TV stations, magazines, food & beverage, cleanliness and guest relationsHandle guest complaints or problems immediately, ensuring guest satisfaction.  Communicate all of the above to management to ensure communication to all necessary departmentsBenefits PackageThe comprehensive benefit package for this position includes paid time off, sick and safe time, Medical, Dentaland Vision healthcare plans, 401(k) plans with employer contribution, Health and Flexible Spending Account programs, Employee Assistance Program and Company stay discounts.
