The Skate Shop Attendant reports directly to the Director of Guest Services and is responsible for daily operations of the Madeline Hotel and Residences ice skating rental shop.Create memorable and highly personalized experiences for our guests, residents and local patronsOperate the rental shop during open hoursSecure liability waivers for every skate shop patronKeep skates and shop organized and clean at all timesLiaise with support departments such as maintenance and housekeeping as neededKeep skates in good working condition and sharpenedOpen and close shopCommunicate with town regarding ice and weather conditions to adjust opening and closing hoursOperate POS and report daily reporting to supervisorMaintain a clean and organized work area.
