Medical Assistant

Our busy dermatology practice is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our team!Duties: Accompany patients into exam rooms to obtain medical history, including allergies, medications, and history of chronic illness.Efficiently use EMR for documentation.Call patients with lab resultsReturn patient calls to answer an array of questions, after guidance from provider.Clean and stock roomsSterilize instruments and wash/fold patient gownsAssist providers during procedures and minor surgeries.Qualifications: Ability to work with multiple providers and other medical staffMust provide exceptional patient careAbility to multi task and perform a variety of MA skills.Reliable and punctualJob Type:Full- TIme : Monday – Friday  8am - 5pm with days as needed Experience:1 year of experience in medical office setting (Required)Education:High School Diploma (Required)Certifications/Licenses:Certificates related to medical training or education preferredPay:Pay starts at $18.00 and increases based on experience
