About The Career: The Lead Executive Assistant is the CEO and CFO's "right-hand person" who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals, filtering and attending to the day-to-day functions that are part of the executive's role so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions. The Lead Executive Assistant is responsible for designated executive functions, handling a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative functions. The Lead Executive Assistant works closely with the Senior Management Team to coordinate special projects and meetings, takes minutes at various Board and committee meetings, works closely with Department Managers. The Lead Executive Assistant provides support to other Senior Leader's Executive Assistants by delegating tasks and projects and assists in prioritizing workloads. All About You :
High school completion or equivalent.
Five years clerical experience in the field of healthcare services; excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.
Ability to adapt to a widely diversified group of responsibilities, ability to prioritize and manage several projects and deadlines at the same time.
Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work with demanding personalities often under stressful circumstances.
