Job Title: Technical Customer ServiceLocation: Loveland, CO (IN OFFICE POSITION)Pay Range: $20/hourSchedule : Monday to FridayWhat’s the Job?As a key member of our Customer Service Team you will be handling customer phones calls and emails. It is our mission to delight customers with every interaction. Every contact must make the customer feel special and taken care of.

​​​Sets up new customer accounts and enters customer transactions

Provides promp, accurate answers to internal and external customers through telephone, email, and chat

Assists with requests on pricing, shiping, product availability, terms and conditions, and item information

Assist customers in determining product needs

Ensures long term customer relationships

Indentify sales opportunities and leads

What’s Needed?

Excellent Customer Service Skills

High accuracy of assigned tasks and duties

ability to multi-task and problem solve

1-2 years of similar customer service experience

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Oracle preferred
