The Accounts Receivable Clerk role, based in the Loveland, Colorado region, is a permanent position.Your responsibilities
Handle monthly closings and annual reports, including processing payments and compiling segments in compliance with GAAP
Post and balance financial data in various ledgers to reconcile bank accounts
Contact clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans
Provide information as requested to shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stake holders
Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
Verify the correctness of documents and codes
Support, relate, and strengthen the mission, values and culture of the organization Requirements - AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field
Proficient in ERP systems
Great attention to detail
Relevant experience in accounts receivable
Proven analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
Experience with Daily Cash Receipts
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience desired
Foundational knowledge in Ledger Reconciliations
Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Expertise in Aging Accounts
Adeptness in B2B collections
Demonstrated knowledge of Sage Intacct
