Job Title: Medical Laboratory ScientistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for specimen processing, test analyses, reporting, and maintaining records of patient results. You will also send specimens to reference laboratories for any testing not performed in-house and process incoming orders for lab testing, including reference laboratory specimens. Key responsibilities include performing specimen analysis in Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry, and Urinalysis, maintaining and operating all laboratory equipment, adhering to laboratory quality control policies, and participating in proficiency testing. Additional tasks include preparing smears, performing manual differentials, processing specimens for reference laboratory testing, maintaining adequate supplies and reagents, and performing phlebotomy and sample collection procedures as needed.Skills
MLT/MLS experience (1+ year preferred)

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Longmont, Colorado.Work EnvironmentM-F 8:30-5PM. The team includes 2 other phlebotomists working at the clinic, seeing around 60 patients per day. You will be the main phlebotomist from 4-5 PM, handling about 10 draws.
