You'll be responsible for the management of our IT security systems and applications, incident response, digital forensics, loss prevention, and eDiscovery actions, conducting risk and vulnerability assessments, and developing and implementing security controls. You'll research, evaluate, and recommend new security tools, techniques, and technologies in alignment with our IT security strategy and introduce them to the enterprise.In this role, you will act as a security technical liaison and administrator of a classified mission system deployed for USG aircraft. You will help our USG sponsors accelerate cutting edge technology implementations while enhancing mission success. Lead STIG compliance and Cybersecurity Operational Readiness efforts
Lead Windows Active Directory, User Account, GPO & Client administration
Facilitate Operating Systems (OS) Patch Management utilizing tools such as WSUS, PDQ Deploy, and Linux Repositories
Maintain and review system audit functions & records
Maintain & Support Public Key Infrastructure based authentication
Navigate Vulnerability Management via Tenable Security Center and/or Nessus
Navigate Cisco & Brocade Router and Switch functionality with STIG compliance requirements
Communicate, Collaborate, & Demonstrate system security features & functions to system engineers providing technical guidance and direction needed to meet todays Cybersecurity Requirements
Must-haves:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Security, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering discipline and typically 3 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
