Develop and execute comprehensive plans for transport - related projects; design and manage phasing schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery and integration of network infrastructure

Apply deep understanding of fiber and coaxial systems, including resiliency and redundancy processes, to oversee the implementation and optimization of the network; ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and growth; coordinate with cross-functional teams and business partners to address technical challenges and ensure project alignment

Maintain and update technical maps and wavelength databases; generate and manage reports using tools such as Excel and Tableau to monitor project status and productivity

Tackle technical issues related to fiber resiliency, back-haul connectivity, and network design; implement solutions to enhance network performance and reliability

Mentor and guide less experienced team members to support their professional development and growth; provide constructive feedback and facilitate opportunities for skill enhancement and career progression; cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes knowledge sharing and effective collaboration

#LI-LM1Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technology Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Cisco) are advantageous

Minimum 3 years of Program or Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in managing and designing telecom infrastructure projects, including cell backhaul, and fiber redundancy

Strong background in database management and optimization, with experience using tools like Excel and Tableau for reporting and analysis

Previous roles should reflect a capacity for leading teams, managing technical projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of fiber-optic systems, network infrastructure, and database management

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to drive project success

Experience in managing and driving projects through Jira
