The Team Lead collaborates with patients/customers, families, physicians, and associates to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient-focused and healing environment. The Team Lead demonstrates leadership skills in assuring that safe, quality care is carried out for specific population(s). The Lead is responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the health care team. The Team Lead is responsible for establishing the tone of the work environment and ensuring that all personnel are competent, adhere to all policies of the department and organization, in addition to the behaviors outlined in the Standards of Conduct. The Lead will use the Capacity Management application to electronically track, manage, and prioritize transportation workflow.The value you’ll bring to the team:

Manages schedule for transportation department.

Facilitates training of new transporters.

Uses excellent customer service skills in all interactions.

Keeps direct supervisor abreast of successes and need for assistance.

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

One to two years of position-related experience

Basic Cardiac Life Support - BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association; 14-day grace period for proof of CPR certification after date of hire.
