Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Rotational 24/7 Primary Support & On-Call Support.
- Escalation point for Network Operations Center to assist in issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Perform scheduled changes during off hours and weekends.
Shift Timing:4 days 10 hrs./day either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat.Should be comfortable with rotational shifts (it will rotate on Monthly basis)- 6am-4pm MST
- 12pm-10pm MST
- 8pm-6am MST
