Average patient volume:18-20/day
36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
Clinic open Mon-Fri, 4x10 schedule
Shared call, phone consult only
Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support
Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain one).
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Banner Health total compensation package includes:
Salary Range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives
Sign-on Bonus/Relocation Assistance
$18,000 Resident Stipend
Paid CME days
Paid malpractice
