Sr. Director, Product Management Network Processing

The DPS Issuer Processing function at Visa is focused on providing future-ready innovative debit processing products with superior performance.  The Sr. Director, DPS Debit Product Management is responsible for DPS debit payment processing products of payment scheme processing, telecom and transmission products.  This position is responsible for the development of the innovation roadmap and product delivery for the payment scheme and transmission products. As the leader of the DPS Network Processing team, she or he will foster collaboration across global business and technology organizations, providing sound analysis and change leadership.  The position builds and maintains internal customer relationships with all levels of stakeholders particularly within Global Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, and the Legal teams, to execute goals and to maximize business performance. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
