We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.We are hiring Private-Duty Workers (Home Care Workers) and Private-Duty Aides (CNA) to join our award-winning retirement community. Do what you love…without the travel. All of our clients live within our gated retirement community and are within walking distance. Our Caregiver team supports our residents in all aspects of daily living, right in their homes on our beautiful campus!This is not a remote position. Employees will need to be on the Wind Crest campus working directly with our residents.Home Care Caregiver and CNA positions available.Schedule: Flex / Per Diem availableCompensation : $18.50-$21.30/hour commensurate with experienceShift differential for evening hours 3PM - 10PM is +$1.00 / hourPay Frequency: Bi-weeklyHow you will make an impact:

Providing personal care and assisting with activities of daily living

Support residents by performing routine housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, pet walking and feeding, closet organization, and kitchen chores.

Escorting residents to appointments and social activities

Promotes psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships

What you will need:

High School diploma or GED required.

1 year of experience as a care provider serving the senior population is required.

For CNA: Current Colorado CNA certification
