DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented Production Operator (2 nd Shift) to join our Manufacturing Rebuild Center in Henderson, CO.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Disassemble/assemble diesel-based engines of various sizes while cleaning, inspecting and assembling the parts to tear down and rebuild diesel engines.

Install value-added components to engines and generators to meet customer requirements and design specifications.

May perform production assembly, including drilling, bolting.

Interpret basic installation drawings and work as a team to accomplish installations.

Ability to read detailed equipment and part diagrams/prints of Cummins and OEM products and verify torque values referenced from established engineered guidelines.

General shop maintenance such as inspecting extension cords, replacing air lines, general maintenance, daily JSA (Job Safety Analysis) reports, welder inspections and daily time sheets.

RESPONSIBILITIESTo be successful in this role you will need the following:

Mechanical knowledge, diesel engine experience preferred.

Ability to use power tools, remove/install external diesel engine and generator components.

Must be able to lift 35 pounds and physically lift, stand, squat, kneel frequently, wear required personal protective equipment as required and operate forklifts preferred.

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Basic computer software knowledge is preferred.

This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.

Please note, this is a second shift position. The hours are 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

QUALIFICATIONSWorking in a manufacturing environment. associate will disassemble, clean, and inspect engine parts including block and crankshafts, while upkeeping quality, safety, and HSE guidelines.Education, Licenses, Certifications:High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Experience:Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary pay range for this position is $43,100.00 to $64,700.00 that will be on an hourly base.Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
