- Must have a working knowledge of installing/supporting/validating applications both in VM and a Docker container environment
- Must have basic knowledge of computer networking, including subnetting, basic routing, and switching protocols including SIP, LAN, WAN, VLAN
- Must be willing to learn new or unfamiliar technology quickly and products using documentation and internet resources
- Must be able to prioritize and achieve results while working on several simultaneous tasks and high-profile projects
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
- Knowledge of billers like CSG, ICOMS, and NextGen process in a provisioning and activation flow is a plus
- Knowledge of testing fundamentals with experience in the cable(Video/Voice/HSD) domain is a plus
- Knowledge of SAFE and Agile methodologies is a plus
