Description:Actalent is seeking a 3-5 year Architectural Designer or Job Captain to join the team of a firm in Greenwood Village, CO. This person will be supporting projects such as community, K-12, multifamily, office spaces, water/wastewater and religious buildings. Why you should be interested:

Responsibilities:
Develop SD (schematic designs)
Develop CD (construction documents)
Develop DD (design development)
Create 3D models
Create rendering
Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years experience as a job captain supporting commercial or multifamily projects
Bachelors degree in architecture
Revit proficiency
Must have CD experience
Must have rendering capabilities
