Description Commercial Litigation AttorneyOur client, a leading mid-sized to large law firm in the Denver tech center law office is looking for a litigation associate with 3 plus years of commercial litigation attorney experience. The firm is diverse in practice, yet common in their pursuit of excellence and service.They are currently seeking a commercial litigation associate with 3 plus years of experience to join their commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be a high performer with 3 plus years of significant experience in general litigation-specializing in civil litigation. The candidate would have experience in managing a litigation caseload (from beginning to end). Experience drafting legal documents, such as motions, briefs and discovery requests. Experience conducting research on legal issues associated with the case. Experience taking/defending depositions, handling hearings, and trial/arbitration. The Litigation Attorney should be a Colorado Licensed attorney with strong academic credentials.
