DescriptionRevenue Improvement ManagerPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are searching for a motivated and experienced Revenue Improvement Manager to lead our customer service department. Your goal will be to plan, coordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.Responsibilities:

Hire, coach and mentor the customer service team

Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures and standards

Define and communicate customer service standards

Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution

Provide updates to customers on delayed deliveries

Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department

Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery

Solve complex customer service issues and proactively prevent negative service trends

Monitor accuracy of reporting and customer scorecards

Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs

Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service

Liaise with company management to support and implement improvements to customer service

Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

3-4 years in Customer Service position required

3-4 years in a management position strongly preferred

Transportation/Supply Chain/Logistics experience strongly preferred

Able to handle pushback from internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Able to adapt to fast paced changes and make quick, efficient decisions

Strong communication skills

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in excel and similar reporting systems (Qlik) strongly preferred

Available to cover on call shifts and after hours emergencies

Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

Base salary of $110,000;

Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
