DescriptionGlobal Procurement OEM AnalystPurpose and Scope/General Summary: Reporting to the Sr Global Procurement Category Manager over OEM, the Procurement Analyst is responsible for supporting the sourcing and management of global OEM producers and service providers and ensures all business requirements are accounted for in category strategies. The Procurement Analyst role is critical in supporting sourcing through involvement in category strategy creation, supplier identification, selection, and negotiation analytics to ensure the highest level of service and quality of supply. The Procurement Analyst will build strong working relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders through facilitating the day-to-day operations of the category.Responsibilities:
Support various business units and the Global Procurement teams in the sourcing process to ensure category strategies and supplier selection conform to business requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Process, It, Compliance and Sustainability.
Conduct internal and external market research analysis to optimize sourcing decisions and keep stakeholders informed of key market impacts.
Assist in the implementation of risk mitigation strategies for critical supplies and services by developing secondary supply options, favorable contract language, and new opportunities.
Facilitate supplier negotiations, author master service/supply agreements and statements of work (SOWs) for execution.
Interact with plant operations to ensure optimal compliance of negotiated contracts.
Perform spend analytics and identify sourcing levers to meet cost reduction initiatives.
Work collaboratively with IT Teams to update supplier informationin SAP.
Gather and analyze information to build reports and presentations for Senior Leadership.
Maintain supplier scorecards and routinely solicit performance feedback from stakeholders.
Multi collaborative projects with team, platforms and suppliers

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business or related fieldpreferred
Ability to effectively interact in a cross-functional team environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Effective written and oral communications skills
Understanding of supply/commodity markets a plus
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Base salaryrange of$55,000-$65,000;and
Incentive Pay:This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
