The Clinical Network Director functions as an integral member of the North

Range Behavioral Health (NRBH) Executive Management team to ensure the

agency meets external and internal expectations and goals. Provides

specialized strategic leadership and oversight of administrative and/or

clinical functions for all aspects of multiple programs and associated staff

as assigned. Develops and manages program budgets. Works with groups outside

the organization, including regulatory agencies. Supports communications

activities, serving as liaison and agency representative in committees,

coalitions, and collaborations; establishes and maintains partnerships to

advance the NRBH mission. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and

accomplish goals.Roles and Responsibilities:

Embrace the North Range Behavioral Health Mission Statement - Provide

compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and

addiction challenges.

As a member of the Executive Management team, work cooperatively with others

to develop and support the vision, mission, and values of the agency.

Ensure staff foster agency vision, mission, and values through

demonstrated actions and communications within and outside the agency.

Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to the clinical,

business, and administrative staff of the agency, particularly for the

programs and initiatives to which assigned, and to the agency.

Accountable for the development, implementation, and functions of assigned

programs and is responsible for the ongoing administration of existing

programs and functions. May be responsible for the development of agency-wide

initiatives.

Responsible for policy and procedure development specific to the areas to

which assigned and participates in overall agency policy and procedure

development and implementation.

Collaborate with other Executive Management team members to ensure the

development of training and oversight strategies assuring teams and agency

functions follow all necessary regulations and agency policies and are in the

bes interest of the clients served. Participate in the development of

center-wide strategies to ensure the same.

Ensure assigned staff, teams, and responsibilities are presented with an

accurate and favorable representation of the agency.

Provide administrative oversight of clinical programs as assigned. Oversee all

aspects of the agency's program implementation, ensuring the programs are

meeting clients' needs, operating at optimal capacity, and effectively

leveraging the organization's resources. Ensure services are of high

quality, appropriate, and consistent with stated models of care and

selection; provide supervision and ensure the accountability of the

middle-level managers is maintained.

May provide oversight and/or primary responsibility for non-clinical

programs essential to the functioning of the agency (e.g., Quality

Improvement/Assurance, Compliance). Ensure non-clinical programs are

complementary and collaborative with the Executive Management team,

program-level managers, and other functions of the agency.

May be called upon to take the lead in special projects that are critical to

agency success. In this role as project director, the Administrative

Director will work closely with agency executives and middle management

personnel to develop, implement, train, and evaluate success.

Develop and maintain cooperative, collaborative, and effective

relationships with community partners that enhance the reputation of the

agency. May be charged with the task of offering presentations to various

community groups and organizations to increase understanding and improve the

image of NRBH in the community.

Ensure fiscal viability of NRBH, pursue and maintain funding sources, and

actively engage in budget development and management utilizing necessary
