Adecco is partnering with our client a premier destination for winter sports enthusiasts, nestled in the heart of the Colorado Rockies They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Snowcat Mechanic to join their team. As the Lead Snowcat Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, servicing, and repairing our fleet of snow grooming vehicles.Please note this is not a seasonal position.Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance, repair, and servicing of Snowcats.
Provide guidance, support, and training to Snowcat Technicians.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform repairs, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with department managers and snowcat operators to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with vendors to procure parts and supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in diesel mechanics preferred.
4 years of experience repairing and maintaining Snowcats.
Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills.
